Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PT Momenial Open Media (“Momenial”), the company behind Pentas. They apply when you run events with Pentas — on pentas.events, on resepsi.rsvp or on your own web address — and when you register for an event that runs on it. Our privacy policy and, for attendee data, our data processing addendum form part of them.

The service

Pentas lets organizers publish events, take registrations and payments, issue e-tickets, send messages and check people in. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page.

Registering for an event

When you register or buy a ticket, your agreement is with the organizer, whose own terms and refund policy apply. Momenial provides the platform and is not the seller.

Your account

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in details safe. The account owner is responsible for everything done in the account, including by the team members they invite.

Your events

You are the organizer of every event you publish, and Momenial is not a party to your registrations or sales. You are responsible for the event itself, its description and price, the data you collect, refunds and changes, and any taxes on your revenue. Buyers' questions about an event go to you.

Payments from your buyers

Money you collect yourself — by bank transfer, your own payment QR, PayPal, Stripe or your own Midtrans account — goes straight to you under your agreement with that provider, and we take no cut. Money collected through Momenial's own Midtrans account is held for you: we deduct the platform fee shown on the pricing page and pay the rest into the payout account you set in the console.

Plans and billing

A new account may start with a free trial; when it ends, the account moves to Free unless you choose a plan. Plans are paid upfront, for a year or for one event, in rupiah through Midtrans or in US dollars through PayPal. They do not renew automatically: we email a payment link before the year ends, and an unpaid plan returns the account to Free. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

Connected services

When you connect your own payment account, WhatsApp number or Momenial certificate account, that provider's terms and charges apply to you as well.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pentas for illegal events or goods, fraud, spam, or content that is misleading, hateful or infringes others' rights. Send invitations and broadcasts only to people who expect them. Do not probe, overload or work around the service's limits and security.

Your content

What you upload — event details, images, logos and attendee data — stays yours. You allow us to store, display and send it as needed to run your events. Pentas, its software and its brand remain Momenial's.

Availability

We work to keep Pentas running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change and improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Momenial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and closure

The account owner can delete the account at any time from the console. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others or the service at risk. Except for serious or repeated breaches, we give 30 days' notice before closing an account, and we always tell you why unless the law prevents it. What happens to attendee data afterwards is set out in our data processing addendum.

Reporting content

Anyone can report an event page they believe is illegal through the Report link at the foot of the page. We confirm receipt, review the report and tell the reporter and the organizer what we decided and why. Authorities can reach us at support@momenial.com, in English or Indonesian.

Taking your data elsewhere

The account owner can download all of the account's data at any time from Settings, as CSV and JSON files. We charge nothing for this, or for leaving. Once you close your account, we keep only what our data processing addendum describes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and we will first try to settle any dispute amicably. They are published in several languages; if versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

Changes and contact

We will email account owners at least 15 days before a material change takes effect; the date above shows the current version. Questions go to support@momenial.com.
