Accessibility statement

Effective October 31, 2026

Everyone should be able to register for an event on Pentas, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

The standard we work to

We build the pages attendees use — event pages, registration forms, order pages and payment steps — to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard behind EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.

How we check

Automated tests check the registration form, the payment steps and the organizer's legal notice against WCAG 2.1 AA in a real browser, in left-to-right and right-to-left layouts, on every change we make.

Known limits

Organizers write their own event descriptions and choose their own images, and we can't check those. The seat map on events with reserved seating can be hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader; the organizer can book a seat for you instead.

Tell us

If something on Pentas is hard to use, write to support@momenial.com. We will help you register another way and fix what we can. If you are in the EU and not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the market surveillance authority in your country.
